Baba’s Pickles – Baba’s Pickles, inspired by a 60 year old family tradition, was launched in 2013 right here in Washington DC. “Baba,” the founder’s grandmother, started this tradition as a new bride living in Haymarket, Virginia when she began hand making pickles from her family’s abundant vegetable garden. Locally based out of Union Kitchen in Washington, DC. They make each small batch by hand using fresh, wholesome, simple ingredients.
