Lamb Rib Chops

Cut from the rack, the Rib Chops have a clean rib bone that the creates the "Lollipop" affect for which it garners the nickname. They have a mild flavor and small fat cap which add juiciness and a hint of richness when browned. Best prepared on the grill or stove-top over high heat. Approximately 4 chops per pound.  Sold by the pound.
