Terre des Volcans 1924 Bleu

Made from cow’s and sheep’s milk that graze in the pastures of an ancient volcanic chain in France that has eroded over time into rolling hills and plateaus and provides a distinctive flavor. This cheese is carefully cave aged to develop a dense, buttery paste with herbal, and light grass notes with a pleasant mushroomy finish. It’s balanced, rich and seriously delicious. Enjoy it on a cheese board or crumbled over your steak or burger.
